Due to the current global pandemic all kinds of industries have been heavily affected financially and, as a result the way products are advertised has been changing over the last few months. Expect this to continue, which will may well alter the musical choices that advertisers make to best advertise their products. As a Music Sync agency this has a direct impact on Music of Substance and is the subject of this blog.
We have put together various playlists in different areas of the economy which we feel will be most affected by the changes we face. The idea of these playlists is to showcase our catalogue of music we represent and to offer ideas for advertisers and music supervisors.
One area that has been hugely affected by the current Pandemic is the Holiday and Travel industry. With the current travel restrictions in place the idea of travelling or going on any kind of holiday seems a distant memory. Also, it remains very unclear how long the Pandemic will last and when the travel restrictions will be lifted. Whilst these restrictions are in place the appetite in the general public to travel and have a holiday will continue to grow and sooner or later there will be a massive amount of advertising in this area.
The playlist we have put together is designed to appeal to that market. It’s full of the sounds of summer and happy upbeat music throughout. The tracks also have an exotic and international feel to them and vary in genre.
